YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH OUR PRODUCTS OR WANT TO EXCHANGE THEM?

Within 14 days after you received our product, you are able to return or exchange it for free of charge within Germany. In this case, we will provide you with a free return note via e-mail. The next step for you is to print out the return note and stick it on your package, which you should then send to us via a post office of the Deutsche Post or a DHL package shop.

Please note that if you live outside of Germany, we regrettably do not cover the costs of returning the package. In this case, you will not receive a return note via e-mail from us. You can instead take your package to the nearest post office that offers international service and send it to our address (see contact).

For any return/exchange of goods, be it from inside or outside of Germany, please print out our form for exchanging/returning goods and add the completed form to the inside of your package. When exchanging/returning goods, please note following points:

- products have to be in faultless condition

- products have to be returned in original packaging

- completed form for exchanging/returning goods has to be attached to package

Should an ordered product be in faulty, damaged or otherwise poor condition that does not lead back to the handling of the product by the recipient, we cover the costs of return/exchange of the product from countries outside of Germany as well.
