Return and Complaint
Within 14 days after you received our product, you are able to return or exchange it for free of charge within Germany. In this case, we will provide you with a free return note via e-mail.
This is how it works:
- Request a return slip via our contact form below anfordern
- Receive a return slip from DHL by e-mail and print it out
- Print out and fill in the following Return Form
- Carefully pack the item(s) to be returned in the original package and place the form in the package.
- Stick the return slip on the parcel
- Take the parcel to a Deutsche Post or a DHL parcel shop or give it to a DHL delivery person. Keep the delivery receipt in a safe place.
What happens to the return?
When we receive your return, it will be checked for the following criteria:
- The item(s) must be in faultless condition
- The item(s) must be returned in original package
- The completed return form for exchanging/returning goods has to be attached to package
If the returned item(s) meet these criteria, we will refund your money. The refund will be processed within a few working days using the same payment method you chose when placing your order.
It is not possible to exchange any of our items. If you would like the same item in a different size or colour, please return the old item and re-order the new one.
Please note that we will only cover the costs of return shipping within Germany. We will only cover the costs for goods from countries outside Germany if the recipient has received the goods in a damaged, defective or otherwise faulty condition which cannot be attributed to the recipient's handling of the goods. Please note that o-range CARE protective masks cannot be exchanged or returned!
