Shipping and Payment Methods
Shipping
All packages are sent by DHL. The shipping costs depend on the country of delivery and the weight of the package.

Shipping to other countries on request. Please contact us via our contact form. Delivery outside Germany is subject to import taxes and regulations of the respective country of delivery.
Delivery Times
After receipt of payment, all available items are ready for shipment within 1-3 working days and will be handed over to our shipping service (DHL). Delivery times within Europe are usually 4-10 working days, outside Europe 10-15 working days. As soon as your shipment has been handed over to DHL, you will receive an e-mail with the DHL Tracking ID, which enables you to track your shipment on the DHL website. In rare cases, an item may be shown as available even though it is not actually available. In these cases we will inform you immediately.
Payment Methods
We offer the following payment methods in our online shop:
Prepayment
If you choose the payment method "Prepayment" we will send an order form and invoice with our bank details, once the payment has been made we will fill the order.
PayPal
You pay the invoice amount via the online provider Paypal. You need a free PayPal account. When the account is registered at www.PayPal.com, the buyer enters his financial data only once - for each additional payment process, he only needs to log into his PayPal account. Payments are always free of charge.
Credit Card
You can easily pay with the following credit cards: Visa, American Express and MasterCard. The amount of the order will be charged onto the credit card right after placing the order. The data transfer is encrypted by making use of a secure SSL-transmission.
SEPA Direct Debit*
The purchase price will be debited from your account upon completion of the order.
Payment against Invoice*
If you choose the payment method "payment against invoice", the goods will be shipped (after the order confirmation). The order confirmation can be sent by email, but also verbally or by telephone.
Unless otherwise agreed, in the case of payment on account, you undertake to pay the invoice amount within ten (10) days of receipt of the goods without any discount. If we do not receive your payment in due time, you may be in default of payment.
*The payment methods 'SEPA Direct Debit' and 'payment against invoice' are currently only available for the customer groups 'dealer' and 'prodealer'.
